Privacy for the website, platform and integrations
Scope and update
Updated October 16, 2026. This notice covers the institutional website, the WERT platform and its optional ChatGPT integration through OAuth and MCP. The public website remains separate from the authenticated application and does not access company data or application sessions.
Browsing
This website provides public information about WERT. It does not use signup forms, marketing cookies, behavioral analytics or session replay. Fonts are hosted with the website.
Email contact
When you email contato@wertplatform.app, you share the information included in your message. Messages are forwarded to the team responsible for responding to your request. Technical incoming copies are stored privately in AWS with expiration set to seven days; copies in team mailboxes are retained according to service needs. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive financial information.
WhatsApp contact
The WhatsApp link opens an external service when you select it. This website does not embed WhatsApp widgets or send messages automatically. When you start a conversation, you share with the team the information you send through that service.
Website operation
The infrastructure processes technical data needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address during the connection. The website does not build visitor profiles.
Platform data and purposes
WERT processes account and authentication data, companies, users, and registration and financial information supplied by users to provide the service, manage access, produce reports, handle requests and record operations. Security and audit records support abuse prevention, incident investigation and traceability. Supply only necessary data that you are authorized to process.
Data processing responsibilities
The organization using WERT determines the purposes of its customer, supplier and employee data. WERT processes those records to provide the service under the agreed instructions and terms. WERT determines the corresponding purposes for account administration, support and security of its own operations. Legal grounds depend on the purpose, including contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests where applicable; technical OAuth authorization does not replace a legal basis for sharing third-party data.
Optional ChatGPT integration
Authorizing the connection allows ChatGPT to request the operations shown on the consent screen, within the selected company, your user permissions and business group rules. Depending on granted access, results may include names, CPF/CNPJ tax identifiers and contact details for customers, suppliers and shareholders; professional employee data with masked CPF identifiers in responses; payables, receivables, amounts, dates, categories, cost centers and reports. Creation or update requests may send information entered in the chat to WERT.
Sharing and external services
Tool results are sent to ChatGPT/OpenAI to fulfill your requests. This may include personal and financial information belonging to your organization; review what you request and share. OpenAI processes data under its own terms, policies and account settings. WERT infrastructure uses AWS and contact channels use their respective providers. External services may process data outside Brazil according to their operating arrangements; this authorization makes no promise about those providers’ data location, retention or use.
Authorization, duration and revocation
The OAuth flow does not give your WERT password to the assistant. Connections are bound to the authorized user and context, last no more than 30 days and may require earlier reauthorization. Revoke access in My profile → Connected applications; administrators can also restrict or revoke access. Revocation blocks new operations, but an operation already completing may finish and previously transmitted data is not automatically erased from the provider. Creation, updates and deletions require separate confirmation in WERT.
Retention and protection
Prepared integration changes expire within 15 minutes; export links expire within 10 minutes and require access validation. Business records, operation history, audits and backups follow service purposes, applicable obligations and contractual terms; disconnecting ChatGPT does not erase these records. WERT applies access controls and technical protection measures. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card numbers or CVV through chat.
Rights and support
Contact contato@wertplatform.app to request information, access, correction, deletion where applicable, or clarification about sharing and retention. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests involving company-managed data may require the company’s involvement. Requests concerning data already received by ChatGPT should also be addressed to OpenAI. Applicable rights and legal limitations are preserved.
