Purpose
This website presents WERT and its features. Interface visuals are illustrations using fictional data.
Subscription
Website content does not replace a proposal or contract. Features, availability, pricing and applicable terms must be confirmed when subscribing.
Content use
The WERT brand and website content are provided for information. Do not use them to impersonate WERT or mislead others.
Platform and access
These terms cover the website, use of the WERT platform and the optional ChatGPT integration. The platform provides registration and financial management tools according to contracted features and conditions. Integration depends on availability, organizational approval, a valid account and appropriate permissions; directory publication does not grant access to other companies’ data.
Authorized use and responsibilities
Use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Protect credentials, keep team access current and supply accurate information. Do not bypass permissions, access third-party data without authorization, disrupt the service or send credentials, full card data or authentication codes to the assistant. Administrators must assess which users and operations may use the integration.
ChatGPT, OAuth and MCP
Connection is optional and authorized by the user in a company context. ChatGPT can retrieve data and prepare operations within granted access. Revoke the connection in WERT’s connected applications. ChatGPT use is also governed by OpenAI’s terms and settings; features and availability may vary. WERT does not control the assistant provider’s responses or policies.
Confirmation and operation limits
Creation, editing and deletion requests prepared in ChatGPT are not executed solely through conversation: they require authenticated confirmation in WERT and renewed validation of permissions and context. Check the company, counterparty, amounts and fields before confirming. The integration does not execute payments, bank transfers or settlements; management records and reports do not constitute financial transaction execution. Cancellations preserve applicable history.
Analysis and availability
AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions. Check source records and reports before making decisions. The service does not replace accounting, legal or investment advice. Integration may be unavailable, require reconnection or limit queries and exports; uninterrupted responses or completion of every request are not guaranteed.
Privacy, contracts and changes
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Commercial terms, specific responsibilities and service termination follow the applicable contract and law without excluding mandatory rights.
